How to Get Better Prints

A few key pointers:
  • Make sure you take in sRGB, or convert your photos to sRGB colour profile, not AbobeRGB (Adobe1998), otherwise your photo's will be printed dark and have little contrast and saturation.
  • Do not Over JPG you photo's.  Try to use high quality mode on your camera, or if using Photoshop, do not JPG compress below Level 10.
  • If you can justify the cost of a Monitor Calibrator, or serious about your prints being the best you can get, then buy a monitor calibrator that suits you.  Check our store for monitor calibration tools under "photo Accessories" > "PC Peripherals".
