1. Once you run FileZilla you will see the control panel.

2.  Enter the information you received in your welcome e-mail into the boxes provided.  These are:

Then click "Quickconnect"

3.  The basic layout consists of 3 areas:
  • Your Hard Disk Directories, (where your files are currently stored)
  • Our Hard Disk area, (where you want them to be)
  • Progress area, (visual aid to show the progress of the files you are transferring)

4.  Find you folder or file to upload using the file structure.

5
.  Right-Click on the File or Folder to upload, and click on upload.
You should now see a progress across the bottom area of the control panel.
If you ever disconnect from the server (this can time-out if the control panel is dormant for any long period)  then just hit Quickconnect again.

6.  That's it!!
If you can see the file in the "Our Hard Disk" area, then you have uploaded the file or folder.

Once you have completed transferring all your files or folders, all you need to do is e-mail us at lab@rgb-prints.co.uk  , and we will prepare and print your order.

Please note, the service times are strictly based on shop opening times, and this means if you transfer files at 11pm, this does not necessarily mean they will be ready at 5.00pm the next day, more likely they will be ready at 9.00am the following morning.
