We are RGB Technology Limited, trading as RGB Prints; please review the following terms and conditions carefully.
RGB Technology reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at its discretion, without prior notice. Revised terms and conditions are available on the website. It is your obligation to routinely review any such changes.
Ordering
Orders may be placed by the website, telephone, letter or by email. Please note that the correct order codes must be given when ordering over the phone, by letter or by email. RGB Technology ltd, will not accept any responsibility for incorrect codes given by the customer.
By registering on the website and/or opening an account with us, you warrant that you are a professional photographer purchasing goods for business use.
You may not cancel or re-schedule an order once place with us, except on such terms we may agree in writing or e-mail.
We are not obliged to accept an order and we may refuse an order without giving a reason.
Delivery
All goods are sold subject to stock availability. If we are unhappy to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any monies already paid by you for such goods.
Delivery time indication for the goods will be a good faith estimate only and not guaranteed, we will however use all reasonable endeavours to delivery the goods in the estimated time scales stated.
Goods are normally dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail post for orders £20.00 and under, Parcel force 48 hour courier service is used for orders over £20.00. For delivery charges please refer to each individual item of goods on the website.
Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the order and notify us within 3 working days from the receipt of the delivery, if the goods are damaged, faulty, shortfall or do not conform to the invoice or vat receipt.
Goods may be delivered by instalments. Our late delivery of or failure to deliver any instalment will not entitle you to reject any other instalments or to terminate the contract
Price
We reserve the right to ask for payment of the price in full before dispatch of the goods.
All prices shown include vat and exclude delivery charges.
In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to withdraw the goods from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, should this be the case you will be notified as soon as possible, in this case you or RGB have the right to cancel the order, if the order has been paid for then a refund will be given in full.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, credit of debit card. Please note cheques must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.
Accounts are given at the discretion of RGB Technology Ltd. Payment is due on the 14th of the Month following the invoice date. Failure to comply with account terms may result in suspension of further goods being ordered and delivered and interest charged on the amount outstanding, in accordance with the late payment of commercial debts act (1998), we also reserve the right to charge an administration fee for late or non payment.
We remain the owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for them in full. We can retrieve and resell the goods if they are not paid for.
Risk in the goods will pass to you when we or our nominated carrier delivers the goods to the address notified to us for the delivery of the goods.

Return of goods
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you may return it unopened, unused and in its original condition, for an exchange or a refund. Please note a delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to cover our initial delivery cost to you. If goods have been made to your customised requirements a refund or exchange can not be given unless the goods are faulty, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Please notify use as soon as possible of goods supplied which are faulty or damaged by phone, email or in writing. You will need to return the goods to us, once we receive the goods if we find them to be faulty or damaged we will take steps to replace the goods as soon as possible, we will then reimburse you for the cost of the postage in sending the goods to us.
General
The descriptions and illustrations of the goods set out on the website and in our literature present a general idea of the goods.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or any portion of the website or our literature at any time, without notice.
Please note some albums can take 4 to 6 weeks waiting time, please allow plenty of time when ordering your album.
Waiting times are based upon working days and do not include weekends or holiday periods. Mario Acerboni closes it’s factory for the month of August, it is important that you choose your album as early as possible to delay.
